5 Ways To Automate Your Business Immediately

Have you ever realized, as a business owner you frequently repeat some tasks more than twice daily? If yes is your response, I bet you also didn’t realize the amount of time used to repeatedly do the same tasks. For example, after a sample session with a potential client, I explain my services, fees and expectations as well as ask a series of questions to see if we will be a good fit for one another. This process took an additional 15 – 20 minutes beyond the allotted sample session time. I decided that I could save time and close the sale quicker if this process was automated, so I developed a Welcome Packet and Questions that the potential client received 24 hours prior to our sample session. The client is required to emailed responses to the questions prior to our session. It not only saved time but it allowed us to show up for the session prepared and informed about each others expectations and it allowed the client to make a quicker decision.

Medical Billing – GD1 Record

The GD0 record for medical billing of claims using electronic transmission media is a very generic CMN. It is made to be able to handle most pieces of durable medical equipment that needs to be billed. In spite of this, there is still a supplemental record that needs to be transmitted with the GD0 record. Because the record doesn’t have enough room for any other information, a GD1 record was created to send the additional information. There are only a few fields but they are critical in getting the claim paid, especially in cases where a narrative explanation is required in order to justify the item being given to the patient. We’re going to briefly go over the fields themselves and explain why this narrative information may be needed.

Integration of new employees is a difficulty faced by many companies. The new additions are left to fend for themselves, hoping to learn directly in the arena. In such a situation, a training method that is a continuing formation adapted to the ever-changing needs of the firms would be illusory; also, efforts to manage all the information within an organization as back-up data would be unrealistic. Often, consultation with employees is usually nonexistent, too. Hence, it can be safely concluded that the research result which says that clients’ loyalty is directly proportional to employees’ motivation is true.
